Rolling this on before bed has become the easiest part of my evening routine, and the stick itself glides on smoothly without any mess. Being able to keep it on my nightstand and just twist it up makes consistent use actually happen.

It does the job, though I expected the roll-on to glide a bit smoother—it drags slightly if you don't press firmly. Convenient for tossing in a bag, but I'm not sure it's doing much more than a basic lotion would.
